Customer Feedback

• G2 Review Request — Customers who give Fidesic a high satisfaction score are now invited to leave a review on G2 in exchange for a $25 gift card, a quick way to say thanks and help others find us.

Bug Fixes

• Duplicate Invoice False Positives — Invoices from vendors recorded in a different name order or format (e.g., "Smith, John" vs. "John Smith") were sometimes rejected as duplicates. Vendor names are now matched correctly regardless of order or punctuation.
• Payments Received Filtering — Clicking "Clear Filters" while a previous filter change was still loading could briefly show results from the wrong date range. Resolved.
• GL Code Overwritten on Resubmission — Editing an already-submitted OCR-captured invoice could occasionally replace a correct GL code with an outdated default. Fixed.
• Session Not Fully Cleared on Logout — Logging out, timing out, or having an account deactivated didn't always fully clear the session on the server. This is now handled correctly, strengthening account security.
• Missing Approvals on Dashboard — Accounts using custom approval workflow rules sometimes saw an empty "Pending Invoice Approvals" widget and inaccurate approval counts, even when approvals were genuinely waiting. Now displays correctly.
• Approval Routing Order — Invoices routed through custom workflow rules now move through approval stages in the correct order, so an earlier "auto-void" rule properly stops the invoice instead of leaving a later approver notified on a voided invoice.
• Stale Data After Sign-In — The dashboard could briefly show information from a previous session right after signing in. It now always loads the current session's data first, and sign-in is faster as a result.
• Two-Factor Login Screen — Fixed an issue where pressing Enter on an empty two-factor code could submit it, and resolved a rare error on that screen.

• Database Performance Improvements — Added recommended database indexes to speed up several high-traffic queries.
• Payment Processing Certification — Updated our ACH payment integration to use Fidesic's officially certified credentials with our payment processing partner.
