Admin & Workflow

Dimension Row Deletion: You can now delete individual dimension rows directly from the admin Dimensions page.

Workflow Approver Visibility: The Workflow page now shows each approver's assigned locations and delegate links, with a new "Remove All" action to quickly clear a delegate's location assignments.

MagiCapture / MAGIC Insights

Current Amount Capture Preference: A new admin preference lets MagiCapture capture the current amount due, instead of the full balance, on invoices that carry a previous balance.

For Microsoft Dynamics GP Users

GP Offline Payment Sync: New API support and preference settings enable offline invoice and payment syncing for GP integrations.

Bug Fixes

Dimension Reordering: Fixed an issue where reordering dimension types could get stuck and reject further changes - existing accounts affected by this are automatically repaired. Also fixed a case where a failed reorder incorrectly showed a success message.

International Paper Checks: Fixed an error that prevented paper checks from being sent to international addresses, such as those in the UK or Canada.

Double Login After Timeout: Fixed an issue that required users to log in twice after their session timed out or their cookies were cleared.

ACH Disbursement Processing: Fixed a crash that could interrupt ACH clearing disbursement runs.

Payment Processing Cutoff Times: Fixed an issue where disbursements and merchant funding payments would not process at all when no cutoff time was configured.

Merchant Funding Payment Selection: Fixed an issue causing the merchant funding process to occasionally pick up incorrect or outdated payments; only current merchant-funding payments are now processed.

Vendor/Customer Import Duplicates: Fixed a rare timing issue during simultaneous imports that could create duplicate vendor or customer contact records.

Bank Holiday Calendar: Added Juneteenth to the list of recognized federal bank holidays so ACH payment dates are scheduled correctly around it.
