We're proud to announce that Cumulus Media Inc is now using ePayables.

 

Cumulus Media was in need of a solution to manage their hundreds of locations, thousands of employees and 10's of thousands of monthly invoices. They had completely outgrown their current AP system and their slow paper based process was putting a pinch on their aggressive growth plans. The acquisition of magazine giant Modern Luxury was the final straw for Cumulus media. Faced with an ever expanding AP department, they set out to handle the surplus of new invoices without having to hire any new staff. 

 

By using ePayables Cumulus now has a system that manages all current AP invoices, and allows them to continue to expand as the second largest company in broadcast media. Since the implementation of ePayables Cumulus has not only avoided hiring for new AP staff positions, they have been able to re-purpose some of their AP staff to other, money saving operations. 

 

Aside from using the out of the box ePayables, Cumulus has requested and received several custom features that were not available anywhere else on the AP market. This flexibility in the ePayables platform has allowed Cumulus to maintain their current AP process in form, while greatly increasing the efficiency of its function.
